In the AI era, the line between prototype and production isn’t polish or infrastructure, it’s whether the thing actually earns its keep. What once took a year of dev time and a million-dollar burn can now be hacked together by one person, in days, for a few hundred bucks. Scarily fast, scarily cheap. But speed alone doesn’t matter. The real upgrade is how quickly we can find out if anyone cares.
